Always In Element – Cancellation & Refund Policy (UK)

1. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non‑refundable, as the session time has been reserved and preparation undertaken.

 

2. No‑Shows

If you do not attend your session without providing notice, the full session fee is retained.No‑shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

 

3. Refunds

All bookings are non‑refundable.This reflects standard practice within the holistic and wellbeing sector, where time, preparation, and energetic holding are committed in advance.Refunds are not provided for:Change of mindScheduling conflictsPartial use of packages or programmesMissed sessions

 

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.Additional rescheduling may incur an administrative fee.Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

5. Programmes, Packages & Courses

Multi‑session packages must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase.Unused sessions are non‑refundable.Transfers to another person may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.Programme start dates cannot be postponed once commenced.

 

6. Practitioner Cancellations

If Always In Element must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:A rescheduled session orA credit note for future useNo financial compensation is offered beyond the value of the session.

 

7. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.Late arrival does not entitle you to a refund or extended session.

 

8. Digital Products (if applicable)

Digital downloads, guides, or online materials are non‑refundable once accessed, in accordance with UK digital content regulations.
