Service Description
Holistic Therapy Session (60 min | Online or In-Person in the UK) A 60-minute holistic therapy session is a supportive space to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again—mind, body, and energy working together. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low confidence, or a life transition, this session is tailored to you. We’ll gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface, identify what you need most right now, and use a blend of holistic approaches to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and move forward with more ease. Sessions are available online, or in-person if you’re in the UK. This session may include: A check-in to understand what you’re experiencing and what you need Guided techniques to calm the mind and body Emotional support and gentle mindset shifts Grounding and energy-balancing practices (as appropriate) Simple tools to support you between sessions Ideal for: Stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout Feeling stuck, low, or disconnected from yourself Building confidence, boundaries, and emotional resilience Support during change, grief, or uncertainty
